Seattle’s MoxiWorks, a startup that provides a real estate broker platform, has acquired ActivePipe, an Australian company that has been in operation for eight years. ActivePipe assists over 40,000 agents across 2,500 brokerages with email marketing tools. MoxiWorks was created as a spin-off from Windermere Real Estate more than ten years ago and is currently led by CEO York Baur, a veteran Seattle-area tech executive who previously held positions at InfoSpace, Zango, and The TAS Group.
