Autodesk and Payapps Limited have formed a strategic alliance to align Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions with Payapps’ global construction payment management solutions in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Ireland, and GCPay in North America. This collaboration will enable customers of both companies to benefit from real-time accounting and faster payment cycles during the construction process.
Payapps provides subcontractor payment management solutions that improve the entire payment process, including the inclusion of schedules of values and electronic payment. GCPay provides general contractors in North America with similar benefits and manages the lien waiver exchange with their subcontractors through electronic payment processing. Digitizing and automating the payment process and implementing real-time payment exchange can reduce risk and improve profitability for construction companies.
