The group’s marketing technology is evolving dramatically with the launch of eight new tools under the brand name Acceler8. Developed in collaboration with companies like Canva, Realhub, Properti, and HubSpot, these tools aim to revolutionize the marketing strategies employed by LJ Hooker offices for their property listings. Stephan Gervois, the brand’s general manager of marketing, characterized the initiative as a complete overhaul of their marketing suite, emphasizing that it transcends mere cosmetic updates. He explained that the firm evaluated existing promotional practices to streamline operations, ultimately leading to the implementation of a Canva enterprise solution.
This new platform will manage the creation of over 170,000 unique social media assets, offering branded templates tailored for each office. Additionally, it integrates with the new Social Hub on Properti, enhancing automated scheduling and CRM data utilization. Acceler8 was officially unveiled at the LJ Hooker Group’s Pinnacle 2024 conference in Auckland, showcasing eight interconnected platforms designed to optimize the marketing processes for their properties.
- Brand hub driven by the online design tool Canva.
- Social media marketing hub backed by Properti.
- Print hub facilitated by Realhub.
- Digital hub powered by HubSpot.
- Google My Reviews hub managed by Digital Mass.
- Merch store supported by POD.
- Content hub providing brand content and design assistance.
- Automation hub for managing leads and automating listing proposals.
LJ Hooker’s leadership team believes that Acceler8 will not only improve the efficiency of its agents but also help the company deliver a more consistent and effective marketing message.
Chris Keating, who leads the Australian network, remarked that this development is transformative for their agents. Rather than having each office function separately, they will now share a unified message.
Eddie Toubia, marketing and PR manager at LJ Hooker Belmont, supported this view, highlighting that it ensures all offices are aligned. Whether dealing with a small rural branch or a large urban agency, they will all be on the same level, enabling the brand to convey a clear and consistent message.
