According to Sam Petinsky, senior development manager at Capital Corporation, the platform enhances the overall experience for potential buyers. The decision to partner with Showcase for the premier residential golf resort came after seeing the platform’s success in elevating the Wahroonga Estate display suite experience.
With Showcase, sales teams can effectively showcase lot availability, floor plans, facades, and colour schemes, all set against the backdrop of the development’s 18-hole championship golf course.
Blake Schulze, national director at Colliers Residential, emphasized the software’s success in off-the-plan sales, noting its ability to enhance the customer journey by presenting sales materials digitally. After focusing on medium and high-density developments, the Lovedale Farm project signifies the company’s first step into the house and land market.
