CoreLogic has completed its acquisition of Plezzel, a Victorian-based proptech firm that provides digital advertising, marketing support, and inquiry response platform to thousands of real estate agents in Australia. The acquisition will help to expand CoreLogic’s proptech solutions for the real estate industry.
Lisa Claes, CoreLogic International CEO, said that growth through acquisitions such as Plezzel provided CoreLogic’s real estate clients with an ever-increasing suite of powerful proptech tools.
“Plezzel’s tech-driven platform offers agents autonomy and full control of their branding, marketing and communications,” she said.

Claes added that the investment in sophisticated technology would enhance real estate efficiencies, revenue opportunities, and complement the company’s leading data and insights capabilities. The acquisition would allow real estate partners to customize communication and digital marketing products that would allow them to stand out as market experts, convert more listings, and leverage their success.
Plezzel, founded in 2011 by husband and wife proptech entrepreneurs Greg and Cecille McCutcheon, provides digital automation and lead generation tech tools that support thousands of real estate directors, agents, and property marketing teams across Australia. Mrs McCutcheon said the CoreLogic acquisition will allow Plezzel to accelerate its industry reach and allow the team to access valuable digital resources to further develop the platform’s capabilities.
