Bridgit, a leading non-bank lender, is bolstering its state-based distribution team with two strategic hires: Nikki Pelizzoni as Regional Director and Jeff Hilton as Business Development Manager (BDM) for Western Australia.

Sydney-based Nikki Pelizzoni joins Bridgit from Pepper Money, where she pioneered innovative BDM processes and led the national relationship team. In her new role as Regional Director, Nikki will oversee Bridgit’s growth in New South Wales and Queensland while supporting regional BDM teams. Her extensive experience includes roles at Unloan, ME Bank, and Suncorp Group.

Jeff Hilton, based in Perth, will focus on strengthening broker relationships and contributing his expertise to support Bridgit’s expansion in Western Australia. With nearly 20 years of experience as a specialist mortgage broker in WA, Jeff’s in-depth local knowledge will be key to Bridgit’s ongoing success in the region.

Jeff’s appointment reinforces Bridgit’s commitment to expanding its reach across Australia by providing tailored bridging finance solutions to Western Australian clients. As the WA property market continues to flourish, Bridgit’s solutions enable clients to seize opportunities in a competitive market.

Stephen Doyle, Head of Distribution at Bridgit, praised the exceptional expertise of Nikki and Jeff, emphasizing their invaluable contribution to Bridgit’s expansion. As Bridgit’s accredited broker network has surged by over 93% in the past year, the demand for bridging finance has skyrocketed, necessitating dedicated BDMs with local knowledge and expertise. Jeff’s role in WA ensures that brokers and clients benefit from expert advice tailored to the local property market, enabling them to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

Bridgit’s national distribution team has expanded significantly, doubling in size over the past six months, demonstrating the company’s commitment to making bridging finance more accessible to clients. By empowering more Australians to achieve their property goals and unlock the potential of their equity, Bridgit is solidifying its position as a leading provider of bridging finance solutions.
