Antony Catalano’s View Media Group (VMG) announces The Property Agency (TPA) will join its service lineup
With 20 years in operation, TPA, based in Sydney and Brisbane, employs 35 staff and specializes in creative services for the property sector.
Catalano, VMG’s executive chairman, expressed enthusiasm for the acquisition, welcoming founder Bob St. Julian, managing partner Carl Mogridge, and the entire TPA team to the VMG family. He noted that having worked with them for many years, he holds their operational excellence and the quality of their work in high regard.
He noted that this acquisition enhances VMG’s comprehensive communications offering for developers and project marketers by integrating TPA’s creative services with the market-leading strategy, planning, and media buying services provided by Today Media (formerly The Today Business).
Catalano emphasized the benefits for clients, noting that a single brief for both creative and media will ensure better alignment and ease of execution in the market.
“Aligning with VMG propels us forward. VMG will connect our ideas, stories, and experiences to property buyers like never before, ensuring TPA remains at the forefront of property marketing, supporting our clients in creating Australia’s most iconic places to live, work, and play.”

VMG’s announcement of the acquisition indicated that TPA’s addition to VMG Developer completes their plan for a full end-to-end offering for off-the-plan developments. This includes:
- Creative services via TPA
- Media services through Today Media
- Stock and channel management with Development ID
- Display suite solutions from Showcase
- Dedicated platform for off-the-plan buyers and sellers via Apartments & Developments, recently enhanced with listings on View’s Buy section
Catalano outlined VMG’s growth strategy, stating the company will continue to “acquire businesses that help deliver real value for clients through our evolving property ecosystem.”
Catalano elaborated on VMG’s vision, stating that the group is committed to transitioning beyond a traditional listings model. The goal is to establish a comprehensive property marketplace that not only lists properties but also facilitates transactions across the entire property journey. This holistic approach aims to cater to both consumers and businesses, providing them with a seamless experience from the initial property search to the final transaction. By building this extensive ecosystem, VMG seeks to support clients at every stage of the property lifecycle, ensuring a more integrated and efficient market.
