The platform now offers advanced filtering options and surrounding suburb capabilities, empowering users to refine their property searches effectively. Additionally, a new “see all” functionality allows users to include unlisted properties in their searches, providing a comprehensive view of the market.
View Media Group (VMG) is also focusing on lead generation for vendors and agents, introducing persistent enquiry buttons for seamless communication. Users can now enquire directly from the map or list view, as well as from the image carousel, streamlining the enquiry process.
Jordan Catalano, Chief Product Officer at VMG, emphasized the platform’s commitment to offering a complete view of the market, including unlisted properties. As VMG gears up for its Autumn marketing campaign, Chief Marketing Officer Paul Tyrrell highlighted the innovative approach taken. The campaign, featuring the property eagle as the lead, aims to differentiate View in the market and has received positive early responses.
Tyrrell outlined the strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives supporting the campaign, including integration with Seven West Media programs and extensive out-of-home and digital media coverage.
Notably, agent partners are already seeing promising results, with premium listings driving significantly higher page views and enquiries compared to basic listings.
