New data reveals a significant spike in viewership for View.com.au, marking a noteworthy milestone in the property portal landscape

Recent data from the IPSOS Iris Online Audience Measurement Service showcases an impressive 102% surge in view.com.au‘s unique audience since October 2023.

Paul Tyrrell, Chief Marketing Officer of View.com.au, expressed enthusiasm over the substantial audience growth, attributing it to ongoing product enhancements and brand development.

“Our platform stands out with over 136,000 listed properties and access to nearly 11 million properties nationwide, including those not currently for sale, complemented by top-tier mapping from Nearmap. Our premium product has been instrumental in driving up to 10 times more inquiries for our agent partners compared to the free product, reflecting the increasing demand for our services.”

He further highlighted the success of their marketing initiatives, particularly through collaborations such as the partnership with Channel 7’s AFL coverage, which resulted in significant audience engagement.

Tyrrell emphasized that this audience expansion underscores the value proposition offered by View.com.au, providing a competitive alternative in the property portal realm.

Looking ahead, Tyrrell hinted at further developments, indicating that they are just scratching the surface of their potential.

According to IPSOS data, View.com.au recorded an impressive February audience of 1.1 million, complemented by internal Google Analytics figures showing nearly 1.7 million users for the same period.

Antony Catalano, View Media Group Executive Chairman, highlighted the resonance View.com.au has achieved among consumers, attributing its success to the innovative Freemium model for agents.

“Our approach disrupts the traditional listings model, offering agents a free listing option alongside a low-cost Premium product that delivers exceptional value.”
