Sydney-based Uptick, a provider of asset maintenance software for field servicing companies, has raised $2 million in funding from Mars Growth Capital. The company plans to use the investment to fuel its global expansion efforts.
Uptick, under the leadership of CEO Aidan Lister, offers a building compliance product for commercial and multi-story residential buildings. The product simplifies the annual certification and compliance process by utilizing a network of contractors. The solution has gained adoption from prominent national brands such as Commonwealth Bank, Scentre Group (the owner and operator of Westfield), and ASmarter Communities, which manages over 5,000 apartment buildings.
Notably, Uptick’s customers invoice more than $30 million through its platform every month.
