    Beyond addressing logistical challenges, SellSmart partners with CampaignAgent to offer a pay-later option for services, addressing the financial barriers hindering vendors from undertaking crucial tasks to optimize property value. Bugeja emphasizes that over 80% of SellSmart customers opt for Pay Later, underscoring the significance of financial flexibility in facilitating property enhancements.

    Amidst economic uncertainties, the synergy between SellSmart and CampaignAgent presents a comprehensive solution, catering to the evolving needs of vendors and agents alike. With SellSmart’s no-cost model for agents (revenue generated from service provider fees upon platform payment), the focus remains on seamlessly facilitating home-selling tasks, fostering satisfaction among vendors and ensuring market-ready homes.
