    The Real Estate Institute of NSW introduces “Alice Ing” an AI advisor with profound real estate knowledge

    The Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW) recently welcomed its latest board adviser, “Alice Ing,” a state-of-the-art AI bot designed in collaboration with Julian Moore, an AI specialist in the not-for-profit sector. Alice Ing resides securely within the ChatGPT system, boasting an encyclopedic understanding of real estate dynamics.
