Reapit Ltd, a CRM and Client accounting software provider to the UK residential real estate sector, has been acquired by Accel-KKR, a global technology-focused investment firm. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. The partnership between the two companies will enable Reapit to accelerate its growth, innovate, enhance its products and services, and expand its technology offerings.
Reapit, led by CEO Gary Barker, Sales Director Simon Whale, and Client Services Director Matthew Goddard, provides its Sales, Lettings, Property Management, and Client Accounts solutions to estate and letting agencies of all sizes in the UK and Australian markets. Its software platform is integrated into a blue-chip customer base that spans multiple geographies and includes more than 200 estate agencies and over 20,000 users. The company has offices in various locations across the United Kingdom and Australia.
The acquisition of Reapit by Accel-KKR is expected to strengthen Reapit’s position in the real estate industry and provide it with the resources to continue its growth and expansion. With Accel-KKR’s support, Reapit will be able to further develop its software platform and offer even better products and services to its customers.
