The launch of an advanced AI-Powered Agents course has been announced by Elite Agent, a specialized provider of real estate news and education.
Starting August 29, a new nationwide course will launch in collaboration with the Real Estate Institutes of Tasmania (REIT), Australian Capital Territory (REIACT), Queensland (REIQ), and Victoria (REIV). This program aims to equip real estate professionals with crucial AI skills.
Participants have the option to attend either in-person or virtual workshops to learn how to leverage AI for enhancing operations, refining client interactions, and gaining a competitive edge in a rapidly changing market.
Samantha McLean, founder of Elite Agent and the course facilitator, conveyed her enthusiasm for the nationwide rollout. She highlighted that AI offers significant potential for the real estate industry, but it is crucial for professionals to be well-prepared to utilize it responsibly and efficiently.
McLean detailed that the course is focused on practical skills for enhancing productivity and acquiring business, as well as guidance on responsible AI use. She emphasized that the course is not only about understanding AI but also about strategically implementing it to transform businesses. Participants will acquire actionable skills that can be applied right away to save time, secure listings or managements, and build stronger client relationships.
The AI Powered Agents course encompasses a range of topics designed to enhance real estate practices. It begins with fundamental AI concepts and their applications in the industry, then explores the use of AI tools for marketing, lead generation, and client management. The course also addresses important ethical issues and data privacy concerns, guides participants in developing AI policies and best practices for their businesses, and offers strategies to remain competitive in an AI-driven market.
REIT CEO Michelle Tynan expressed pride in collaborating with Elite Agent for this high-level training. She noted the immense value of providing REI members with access to top-tier education through the AI Powered Agents program. With AI becoming a key component of real estate, it is essential for members to receive up-to-date training to meet consumer demands for instant information. The course will help members make informed decisions about the best AI solutions for their needs.
Maria Edwards, CEO of REIACT, referred to the course as transformative, highlighting the importance of standing out in the competitive Spring market. She emphasized that the course is not just about embracing new technology but about using AI to strengthen client relationships and foster business growth.
Antonia Mercorella, CEO of REIQ, stressed the need for staying ahead in a rapidly changing market. The AI Powered Agents course offers Queensland agents a unique chance to future-proof their businesses and excel in an AI-driven environment. Mercorella urged members to lead in the evolving real estate industry rather than lag behind.
Kelly Ryan, CEO of REIV, remarked that the timing of this partnership is ideal. Empowering agents with AI skills will not only enhance the industry but also improve the customer experience. The course focuses on actionable strategies to leverage AI for real business growth, distinguishing itself from theoretical approaches. Ryan is eager to see members use AI to create opportunities and enhance customer experiences.
Despite the advancements brought by generative AI, McLean affirmed that the real estate industry will remain centered on relationships. AI is expected to free up agents’ time to focus on meaningful connections and exceptional service. As the industry evolves, AI will be crucial in shaping its future. With the AI Powered Agents course, agents will be prepared to lead and make a significant impact. The course will be available across participating states and territories starting August 29, 2024.
