The third annual Proptech Awards reached its pinnacle at a gala dinner held in Sydney on Wednesday night, hosted by the Proptech Association Australia. The event, which took place at The Fullerton Hotel, attracted a sold-out crowd of more than 350 attendees who gathered to honor the exceptional innovators within the Australian proptech industry.
The ceremony was a celebration of achievement, with 24 category trophies, 5 best of the best awards, 2 open awards, and the highly prestigious Proptech Leader of the Year accolade presented to the deserving winners. Among the attendees were prominent figures from the proptech sector, including Kylie Davis, Founder & President of Proptech Association Australia, who co-hosted the event alongside Peter Schravemade, Managing Partner of REACH Australia.
Kylie Davis expressed her enthusiasm for the occasion, stating, “The Proptech Awards are Australian proptech’s night of nights.” She went on to emphasize the impressive depth and breadth of the Australian proptech innovation ecosystem across the entire real estate value chain, as evidenced by the list of this year’s esteemed recipients. Davis extended her gratitude to the collaborative efforts of the Proptech Association Australia’s Board, members, foundation supporters, event sponsors, entrants, and judges, recognizing their collective contributions to making the awards possible.
The Proptech Awards enjoyed the sponsorship of Ashurst Lawyers as the major sponsor, along with Ezypay, HID, and PropTrack as gold sponsors. The event also received support from individual award sponsors, including Direct Connect, Green2View, Monoova, MRI Software, REIP, and Upplft.

The judging process was rigorous, with over 50 expert judges from Australia and overseas meticulously assessing 153 high-caliber entries to determine the recipients of the 32 prestigious trophies presented during the evening.
The Proptech Awards were thoughtfully organized across three main categories – Startups, Scaleups, and Established Suppliers – with individual awards tailored to different business solutions. This approach ensures that proptech ventures are evaluated fairly against their peers, considering factors such as company size, resources, and maturity. The event successfully showcased the thriving proptech ecosystem in Australia, setting the stage for even more remarkable innovations in the years to come.
