In an effort to redefine real estate technology, Rex Software, Cirrus8, and RealTrust Property Accounting Solutions have partnered to serve the residential and commercial property markets of Australia, New Zealand, and the UK with advanced software solutions.
Rex Software CEO, Davin Miller, commended Cirrus8 and RealTrust (collectively known as the C8 Group) for their successful business serving the commercial real estate property management market in Australia and New Zealand.
With a focus on innovation, Rex Software will offer C8 Group customers a CRM built for commercial real estate sales, along with flexible website solutions and targeted social media marketing strategies.
The adoption of these solutions by residential agents has been swift, while findings show that commercial agents are increasingly interested in expanding their operations and enhancing their partnerships with current clients.
After founding Cirrus8 and RealTrust more than eight years ago, Steven Carulli and Raymond Bechard are both eagerly anticipating the next phase of growth for their businesses.
Mr. Carulli shared that their company has already become the premier commercial property management software and solutions provider in the ANZ region.
He further explained that the partnership with Rex will give them the ability to invest more heavily in the ANZ market and continue their international expansion into the UK.
He highlighted that a major attraction of this partnership was Rex’s team, which is supported by institutional capital from Potentia, and their proven success in growing market share in the UK over the last three years.
They are keen to harness the power of Rex’s established footprint, strong balance sheet, and deep expertise moving forward.
Mr. Bechard emphasized the strong employee culture at Cirrus8 and RealTrust, expressing confidence in a smooth cultural integration with Rex Software’s executive team.
Davin Miller will lead the newly merged company. Mr. Carulli and Mr. Bechard will retain leadership over the Cirrus8 and RealTrust divisions. Potentia Capital will be the majority shareholder in the combined organization.
Potentia Partners Cheyne Tan and Michael McNamara recognized the C8 Group as a leader in innovation and customer service within the PropTech landscape.
They added that they see a strong alignment in values between the two companies and are eager about the opportunities this merger will create for both C8 Group and Rex customers, as well as the wider industry.
