Managed, a leading provider of digital rental payment solutions has successfully integrated with Snug‘s leasing and management system. This integration streamlines operations by enabling seamless data synchronization across leasing and property management tasks.

By eliminating manual data entry and minimizing errors, the integration significantly enhances operational efficiency for property managers. Agencies utilizing the Managed platform have reported positive experiences with this integration.

Marshall White, a prominent luxury real estate agency in Melbourne, has praised the integration for reducing the administrative workload on leasing agents, property managers, and support staff. Previously, leasing agents were responsible for generating and forwarding leasing requests and downloaded applications to the property management and administrative teams for reference.

Danielle Crumblehulme, senior leasing consultant at Marshall White, highlighted the challenges of the previous process.

The integration facilitates seamless data transfer from Snug to Managed. Lease terms and renter details are now automatically populated within the Managed platform.

A key benefit is the automatic linking of new tenant profiles in Managed to their respective Snug profiles, eliminating the need to download applications manually. This provides direct access to tenant information from within the renter’s page.

As part of its commitment to enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency, Managed has integrated with leading platforms such as Snug.

Managed is actively expanding its integration network with crucial property management solutions. Current integrations include Detector Inspector for streamlined compliance management and connectnow for facilitating quicker utility connections for tenants.

The company has also hinted at the imminent launch of additional innovative integrations, with further details to be announced later this year.

As a complete property management system, Managed is built on a digital rental payments foundation. It empowers property managers with complete oversight, encompassing rent roll management and facilitating maintenance requests through an integrated tradie marketplace. By eliminating the need for trust accounts, Managed ensures immediate payment processing.

Founded in 2017, Snug streamlines the leasing process for property managers. Its key features include rental applications, automated inquiry responses, robust prospecting tools, efficient open-home scheduling, and seamless communication channels. Data privacy and security are paramount for Snug, ensuring a secure environment for agencies.

Justin Butterworth, CEO and founder of Snug, emphasized that Managed’s unique value proposition played a pivotal role in their decision to integrate with the platform.

Butterworth explained that the integration was driven by Managed’s innovative, end-to-end property management solution, which strongly aligns with Snug’s mission of delivering a simplified and exceptional leasing experience.

He further emphasized that the integration significantly enhances efficiency for property managers by seamlessly streamlining the onboarding process for approved applicants from Snug to the Managed platform.

Justin Butterworth commended the Managed team for their collaborative approach throughout the entire integration process, from initial project discovery to development and subsequent post-implementation adjustments.

Butterworth expressed his enthusiasm for the continued partnership, emphasizing the shared goal of achieving long-term success for mutual customers.

Rohith George, Chief Operating Officer of Managed, noted that customers have already begun to experience the advantages of the Snug integration, including reduced data entry, time savings, and faster lease signings.
