A new alliance sees Land Services WA becoming a shareholder in Realtime Conveyancer, a move celebrated by Realtime Conveyancer founder and CEO Kylie Dillon. Dillon expressed excitement over the partnership, emphasizing the value of their platform and commitment to transforming the conveyancing industry.
The strategic investment highlights the expertise and experience that Land Services WA brings to the table, aiding Realtime Conveyancer in its growth and expansion efforts.
A statement from Land Services WA noted that their investment would accelerate Realtime Conveyancer’s development and expansion into new states. Having operated in Western Australia for four years and recently expanded into South Australia in 2023, Realtime Conveyancer is eager to extend its innovative platform to the eastern states. The goal is to bring the same levels of automation and digitization enjoyed by other industries to conveyancers across Australia.
Realtime Conveyancer is on track to handle 50 percent of conveyancing matters in Western Australia by July and 15 percent of South Australian matters within its first six months.
Land Services WA CEO Eugene Suares remarked that this investment marks a significant milestone for their business, underscoring their commitment to innovation within the Australian proptech industry. He highlighted conveyancing as a crucial component of the property value chain and acknowledged Realtime Conveyancer’s role in driving innovation and efficiency in the sector.
The partnership is poised to stimulate growth, innovation, and value within the conveyancing community and the broader proptech ecosystem.
