Homely has announced a robust start to 2024 with the addition of 16 new strategic agencies to its Homely Plus Uplift Program in January. Among the agencies joining the program are Harcourts Hobart, Ray White Aldridge, Julie Ormston & Partners, as well as Belle Property Melbourne, Carlton, and Ascot Vale.
The platform’s expanding network also includes Lauremeg Pty Ltd, Forsyth Real Estate, Airey Real Estate, Ray White Young, SJ Shooter Real Estate, Bentley Estate Agents, and Flare Real Estate, showcasing the diverse range of agencies partnering with Homely.
With these new additions, Homely now boasts over 700 strategic partners, a testament to its growing presence in the real estate market. Co-CEO and co-founder of Homely, Jason Spencer, expressed excitement about the enthusiastic response from agencies eager to join their innovative VPA advertising model.
This surge in membership requests follows closely on the heels of Homely’s previous addition of 32 new strategic partners to the portal less than six months ago. Mr. Spencer emphasized the platform’s commitment to providing exceptional value and reach in property advertising, particularly as competitors increase their prices.
Luke Kenyon, Homely’s head of product, emphasizes the platform’s focus on optimizing Homely alerts to enhance user experience. He highlights the importance of fast and convenient alerts in helping users find their homes sooner. With limited stock on the market, staying updated and ahead of the market with instant alerts is crucial for buyers.
