The listings portal aims to simplify lead management for agents with its latest API feature
Homely has announced the launch of its Enquiries API product, designed to streamline lead management and viewing for agents. Integrated seamlessly into agents’ CRM systems, the Enquiries API automatically funnels all enquiries made on Homely into their CRM, allowing for real-time access and visibility.
This new product offers agents a comprehensive view of customer interactions, facilitating swift and effective responses while also identifying potential prospects in need of property management services.
Leading CRM platforms such as VaultRE and Zenu have already adopted and embraced the Enquiries API. Luke Kenyon, Homely’s head of product, noted that customers are reporting stronger-than-expected enquiry volumes, describing the API as “seamless” and highlighting the positive feedback received.
Scott Banks, Director of Scott Banks Real Estate, praised the API’s effectiveness, stating that his enquiries are performing exceptionally well compared to other major portals.
For Kenyon, this API integration reflects Homely’s commitment to continuous innovation and delivering value to its customers. He emphasized the importance of demonstrating the platform’s value and providing comprehensive lead management systems to CRM providers and their subscribers.
This latest development follows Homely’s recent release of a social media amplification tool, showcasing the platform’s dedication to enhancing the agent experience through innovative solutions.
