Greatforms, a cutting-edge platform, emerges as the brainchild of reaforms, a leading provider of real estate legal forms nationally. Jarrod Eckermann, CEO of the Eckermann Group and general manager of Greatforms, envisions the platform as a game-changer, offering a comprehensive solution to the challenges faced by South Australian real estate professionals.

Following market research, the Greatforms team identified eight core features: property folders for organizing related forms, a purchaser portal for streamlined document signing, integrated Form 1 tracking and preparation, document generation, GST compliance, automated data entry, and electronic signatures.
Eckermann highlighted Greatforms’ capacity to mitigate risk for agents while enhancing operational efficiency and speed in dealings with vendors and buyers. He emphasized the platform’s ability to deliver a seamless experience to all parties involved in real estate transactions.

Officially launched at the start of May, Greatforms initially focuses on facilitating sales transactions exclusively within South Australia. The team envisions expanding the platform’s capabilities to include property management and interstate transactions in the coming months, driven by a commitment to innovation and progress in the state.
