Over the past year, two Australian property companies have demonstrated impressive performance, securing their position among the fastest-growing firms in the sector.
Two property-focused firms have made it to the top 20 on the Australian Financial Review’s prestigious Fast 100 list.
With a growth of 121.31% over the 2022–2024 financial period, Australian Property Scout secured the 18th position. Furthermore, it has been shortlisted for the 2025 REB Awards for Buyer’s Agency of the Year.
In 19th place, just behind the buyer’s agency, is Proptech Labs, a software development firm that primarily caters to the property management sector. The company achieved a remarkable growth rate of 116.97 percent over the 2022-24 financial period.
Jon Stul, co-founder of Proptech Labs, views their top-20 ranking on the prestigious list as a significant milestone. Beyond the numerical achievement, it validates their core mission: creating intelligent, automated solutions that solve real-world problems for property professionals. This recognition underscores the dedication of their team, the unwavering support of their clients, and the strength of their vision for the future of property management.
Rafael Niesten, one of the company’s co-founders, acknowledged the importance of the recognition, noting that it underscored the firm’s increasing impact.
He pointed out that the company’s strategy had been to create tools that go beyond just improving operations, focusing on enhancing the relationships between property managers, landlords, and tenants. This approach had clearly struck a chord with their clients and contributed to their rapid growth.
In conjunction with its Fast 100 list, the AFR also introduced the Fast Starters list, which identifies the top 100 newly-established companies that have scaled quickly in under five years.
Within the property category, Strike Property, a buyer’s agency focused on the defence sector, ranked 15th with an impressive growth of 483.83 percent over the past two complete financial years.
