LeadScope is now available to agents across various regions in Australia, including NSW, Queensland, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, and the ACT. It leverages a unique blend of data from Domain, incorporating buyer and seller information, to identify properties within agents’ CRM databases that are likely to hit the market within the next year.
In addition to this feature, LeadScope also offers insights into an agent’s CRM “overall health,” providing valuable information about recently listed and sold properties. Danielle Harmer, the general manager of Domain product and Allhomes, expressed excitement about introducing LeadScope, emphasizing its straightforward yet powerful purpose.
She believes that the tool will empower agents to concentrate on discovering the next opportunity within their CRM and engage in meaningful conversations at the right moments. The primary goal of Domain, as a strategic partner for agents, was to develop a product that optimizes agents’ time usage effectively.
John Foong, Domain’s chief revenue officer, sees this cutting-edge technology as just the beginning of their commitment to using artificial intelligence to push boundaries and provide innovative solutions for their agent community. Their vision is to continuously deliver best-in-breed technologies, allowing customers to scale and grow their businesses.
Following the recent integration of Realbase with Domain, the release of LeadScope marks another step forward in their ongoing efforts to enhance the agent experience.
