ActiveCampaign, a company that focuses on automating customer experiences, has secured $100 million in Series B funding. The funding round was spearheaded by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from Silversmith Capital Partners, which was the exclusive investor in ActiveCampaign’s Series A funding of $20 million in 2016.
ActiveCampaign has announced that it will utilize the funding to advance its product development, facilitate its international expansion, and strengthen its partner ecosystem. According to Jason VandeBoom, the company’s CEO and founder, the added capital will enable them to promptly adjust to the changing needs of their clients in a dynamic market while still prioritizing long-term investments in their primary platform.

Its platform combines various tools, such as email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and machine learning, with Shopify, Square, Facebook, Eventbrite, and Salesforce being among the integrated platforms.
