Through a collaboration with Australian Proptech firm Inspace, CBRE is launching a groundbreaking virtual leasing platform that will offer prospective tenants fully immersive, interactive tours of its exclusive CBD leasing opportunities. This innovative solution is designed to streamline the leasing process for both landlords and tenants.
Tim Courtnall, CBRE’s Pacific Head of Office Leasing, believed that the immersive mapping tool will empower clients and remote stakeholders to make informed decisions swiftly and confidently.
He underscored CBRE’s dedication to enhancing client experiences. The Inspace virtual leasing platform will provide clients with an immersive exploration of property interiors and their broader CBD context. This is particularly beneficial for remote stakeholders who may be unfamiliar with the city. Furthermore, the platform will offer real-time data analytics to inform strategic decisions and cater to the evolving needs of tenants.
Justin Liang, the Founder and CEO of Inspace, pointed out that the integration of automation and visualization tools would notably enhance CBRE’s operational efficiency. These tools aim to simplify the entire process for tenants and their stakeholders, from searching for spaces to making informed decisions.
Through this platform, clients can refine their search for properties based on location, building characteristics, size, and rent. It will also track key metrics such as the number of online property tours and the amount of time users spend engaging with listings.
The two-year partnership with Inspace follows the successful testing of a beta version tailored to Brisbane’s CBD office leasing market in 2023, with CBRE leading the project.
