    The real estate network’s digital transformation introduces a sleek website and intranet platform, fostering enhanced connectivity among property professionals.

    In a bold move to modernize its brand, Barry Plant unveiled a revamped logo and vibrant color palette towards the end of 2023. Now, the network is taking its rebranding efforts to the digital realm.

    At the recent Kickstart Conference in Melbourne, Chief Technology Officer Darren McCoy introduced network members to an array of digital upgrades, including a mobile-friendly website and a cutting-edge intranet platform designed to connect teams seamlessly.

    These digital innovations are not only visually striking, featuring Barry Plant’s new signature colors – “watermelon, cobalt, and sand” – but also promise enhanced functionality for both end users and administrators.

    Mr. McCoy highlighted Barry Plant’s dedication to enhancing client interactions through cutting-edge technology, emphasizing the new website’s mobile-friendly design and additional features like market data, ratings, and reviews aimed at improving the user experience.

    Emphasizing the network’s proactive approach to tech integration, Mr. McCoy highlighted the incorporation of AI tools focused on customer engagement as a key feature of the updated web presence.

    In addition to the website, Barry Plant introduced a dynamic intranet platform, serving as a social hub for franchise directors and agents. This platform, equipped with a native app, fosters collaboration and knowledge-sharing among Barry Plant’s extensive network of agents and property managers, mirroring the functionality of popular social media platforms.

    With these technological advancements, Barry Plant aims to boost brand engagement across all levels. Mr. McCoy commended the collaborative efforts of Barry Plant’s “martech” team, comprising marketing and technology experts, whose dedication brought these innovative platforms to fruition.
