Formerly EnvisionVR, the company rebrands to Enviz, expanding its reach and offerings in architectural visualization
Enviz, formerly known as EnvisionVR, has emerged as a transformative force in the off-the-plan property industry, revolutionizing buyer engagement through virtual property experiences. The rebranding not only honors the company’s roots but also reflects its broader capabilities within the Architectural Visualization (Arch Viz) sector.
Proud of its platform’s versatility, Enviz ensures accessibility across various devices and platforms, including mobile devices, online real estate portals, and web, phone, and tablet applications. However, the previous name failed to encapsulate the full spectrum of the company’s offerings.
With a recent capital raise of $1.5 million led by investors Michael Holm and Henry Holm from Balmain Private, Enviz is poised to scale globally as a Software as a Service (SaaS) technology company. This funding solidifies Enviz’s position as the premier platform for property professionals seeking to visualize, experience, and showcase unbuilt properties effectively.
CEO Michael Shaw emphasizes that the rebrand signifies more than just a change in name and branding. While virtual reality (VR) remains a cornerstone of their offerings, Enviz’s solutions extend far beyond immersive experiences, focusing on automation to simplify usage barriers and enhance product uptake.
Despite the rebrand, Enviz’s core mission remains unchanged: providing certainty in clients’ future spaces. Shaw stresses that the company’s direction remains steadfast, with advancements in products and technology aimed at empowering users and streamlining their experiences. With this evolution, Enviz stands ready to redefine the global landscape of architectural visualization.
