The Proptech Cloud, Data Army’s sub-brand, has introduced the Australia Post Movers Statistics Dataset, a new resource aimed at enhancing the analysis and visualization of national migration patterns.

This dataset is designed to support businesses and government departments that work with property and real estate information, enabling them to make more informed decisions.

The dataset is particularly beneficial for real estate developers, investors, and government bodies involved in urban planning, transportation, infrastructure, land use, and healthcare service planning.

As a top Australian data consultancy known for its expertise in advanced data solutions, Data Army has listed this dataset on the Snowflake Marketplace. This integration provides smooth access via Snowflake, eliminating the need for traditional extract, transform, and load (ETL) procedures.

Updated every month, the dataset offers five years of anonymized, aggregated data. This allows users to analyze location planning by pinpointing neighborhoods that are either expanding or shrinking according to migration trends.

Data Army’s recent analysis, published by The Proptech Cloud, highlights the dataset’s ability to produce valuable insights when used with Snowflake Cortex’s artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.

Users can utilize the Australia Post data to map migration trends and forecast future movements throughout Australia.

Moreover, the dataset is an essential tool for both private and public sectors, aiding them in adjusting to evolving demographic trends. It helps optimize economic opportunities while promoting community well-being and sustainability.

Michael Ogilvie, Director at Data Army, highlighted that The Proptech Cloud was established to foster a data-driven community. It enables businesses and organizations involved with property data to improve their analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative efforts. The initiative aims to support users in creating innovative solutions to complex problems.

The Proptech Cloud seeks to motivate and assist proptech companies and organizations that work with property and real estate data. Data Army’s objective is to nurture a vibrant analytics community by eliminating obstacles to property knowledge, data, and insights. The platform provides a range of datasets, many of which are freely accessible on the Snowflake Marketplace.

Ogilvie noted that a major advantage of this offering is the removal of the complexities typically involved in handling large, ever-changing datasets. Users now have easy access to consistent, accurate, and valuable data.

By making the Australia Post Movers Statistics dataset available on the Snowflake Marketplace, The Proptech Cloud is working to democratize data, providing users with on-demand access to essential information.
